Last updated: February 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of AppHandoff, a continuous Lovable-to-Next.js conversion pipeline operated by AppHandoff Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AppHandoff, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

2. Description of Service

AppHandoff is a continuous conversion pipeline that transforms Lovable (Vite/React) projects into Next.js applications via GitHub pull requests. The service includes repository analysis, code conversion, readiness reporting, and quality checks.

3. Account Requirements

You must have a valid GitHub account to use AppHandoff. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

4. Your Code & Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your source code. AppHandoff does not claim any intellectual property rights over your repositories or generated output. The converted Next.js code belongs to you. We access your code solely to perform the conversion and generate PRs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppHandoff to process malicious code, violate third-party rights, overload our systems, or reverse-engineer our conversion algorithms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime or conversion delays.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

AppHandoff is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of converted code in production, including but not limited to data loss, security vulnerabilities, or service outages. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code before deployment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
